In order to provide a complete service to builders and home owners, Willco Consulting provides all the services required from that first sketch of your project, right through to ready for construction stage.

Our Services include:
» Help with design of project
» Council studies to ensure proposal will be approved
» Provision of deposited plans and land title information
» Site visits to obtain accurate site information
» Preparation of 3D concept images if requested
» Preparation of Council Plans (site plan, floor plan, elevations & sections)
» Obtaining Sydney Water Approvals
» Preparation of BASIX certificates
» Shadow Diagrams if required
» Organizing Surveyors and Engineers if required
» Preparation of Development Application (including all copies required by council)
» Preparation of Statement of Environmental Effects and Waste Management Plans
» Submission to Council
» Liaison with Council throughout assessment period
» Preparation and submission of any additional items required by council
   (such as requests for variations to DCP etc)
» Liaison with Private Certifiers for Complying Developments and Construction Certificates.

Once we receive the final approval, we will hand it over to you, ready to build and we can assist you find a suitable builder for your project if you do not already have one.
