So we agreed for Willco to deal directly on our behalf with Palerang Council. It was a smooth and trouble free process with the plans and approval all coordinated by them. In addition, when we were receiving quotes to build the carport that were, in our opinion excessive, Willco organised a firm that they deal with to construct the carport for a substantial saving compared to the Canberra quotes we received. " I decided to go with Will of Willco on an extension of my house in Sydney's East.

He was excellent in every respect - attention to detail, prompt communication, contactable almost 24/7 and last but not means least, very cost effective.

I challenge anyone to find a draftsman, or is it draughtsman, who provides the level of service will provides for the cost. In addition to the forementioned qualities, he also had some good ideas re: design to maximise space and privacy.

I've gone with other tradies on serviceseeking before and lived to regret it on most occasions but Will is a breath of fresh air.
